SINGAPORE, OCTOBER 6, 2023 – Singaporean singer-songwriter, Nathan Hartono, made a triumphant return to the stage on October 5th with his first solo concert in seven years.
Taking the stage at Capitol Theatre, Hartono delivered an enchanting performance that captivated the audience. With his bilingual abilities and a diverse repertoire covering jazz, pop, electronic music, and R&B, Hartono showcased his entire new album, The Great Regression, as well as fan favorites from his illustrious discography.
Starting the set with "Weight of Her Love," one of the first songs he has written and released, Nathan breezed through the set with familiar tracks like "Infinity," "Pastrami," "Dopamine," "Electricity" and even shone a light on his Mando tracks "Insomina" and "Do Nothing Day." Closing the set with an encore performance of "I'm Fine," the singer-songwriter remarked that this concert was the first instance where he performed a full original set. With entertaining stage banter and an illustrious visual narrative directed and produced by visual do TZECHAR, Nathan has without a doubt, cemented himself as one of the Singapore's most-loved singer-songwriters who can pull off a truly rivieting two-hour live show.
