Fascinated by human connection, singer-producer Jasmine Sokko celebrates emotional vulnerability through her songwriting. As a native of the digital world, she concocts a euphoric blend of upbeat yet apocalyptic melancholia, where emotional refuge is unexpectedly found on the dance floor.
Since her debut breakout single "1057," Jasmine has been leading the fold with hits such as "600D," "F5" and "HURT." Continuing her dominance in Asia, Jasmine took part in Rave Now, China’s hottest electronic music reality show in Dec 2018. Finishing among the Top 4 with some of the most stellar performances seen in the entire season, Jasmine was the only female singer/producer & Singaporean contestant to compete at the finale.
2019 was a banner year for the electro-pop starlet. Upon her return from China, Jasmine Sokko released "TIRED" with an accompany music video masterpiece that propelled the single to brand new heights with its thought-provoking theme. Later the year, Jasmine marked her debut foray into the China market with the Mandarin single《嘘》"SHH."
With unstoppable rising popularity, it was announced in Nov 2019 that Jasmine is the first Singaporean artist to win an MTV EMA award for Best Southeast Asia Act. In 2020, Jasmine continues to dominate the media space, with Tatler Asia naming her as one of Asia's Most Stylish Personality and one of Gen.T's Top 100 Leaders of Tomorrow.
